This just goes to prove how ahead of his time Mr. Jack Lalanne was. What he is talking about in this late 50’s tv clip is every bit true and pertinent today..! Jack was the start of it all, a man who walked the talked, broke new ground and educated the masses by showing them a healthier direction. I used to watch his show with my grandmother, Mr. Lalanne is a good reason why I am a Certified Personal Trainer today! Thanks Mr. Lallanne for showing us all the way!
