Have Fun- Be Happy!

The more fun you have, the greater your value to yourself and to your society. The more fun you share with others, the more fun you have.
Remember a “playful path” is the shortest road to happiness and that he who laughs longer….lives louder.

This morning I was reflecting on;  that every minute we don’t spend loving or laughing will be a total waste of time. For some this lesson may come a little late, but better late then never, why lose another minute of life by not enjoying life to it’s fullest and not enjoying the true fun of it…!!

Unless each day can be looked back upon by an individual as one in which he/she has had some fun, some joy, some real satisfaction, that day is a loss.

So no matter what’s bug’in you, no matter which side of the bed you got up on this morning… be grateful for your good health and all you have (don’t worry about what you don’t have), be mindful of all the wonderful people you have in your life, and be grateful for the love in your life and no matter what be happy, be positive and enjoy this beautiful day. With that said… get up, get active, breathe deep and spread some sugar to all you met.
